This Papago (also known as Tohono O'odham tribe) bowl basket is different. It is oval shaped, approximately 8 3/4 inches at the longest point, 6 1/4 at the widest and 3 inches deep. It has woven handles that protrude from a couple of points around the rim of the bowl. The only broken areas, are two of the wraps around the largest handle. You can see this area in both the first and second photos. This basket is from the end of the 20th century. $35 plus shipping.
